    According to police, on August 18, 2016, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Michael Raux, 22, of West Main Street, was arrested and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and menacing in the second degree. The arrest was made after an investigation into a verbal domestic dispute in which Raux allegedly threatened bodily harm to another person with a large metal pole, and used obscene and vulgar language in front of four small children.

Davis was arraigned in the village of Ilion court and sent to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility on $7,500 cash bail/ $15,000 bond.
