The woman's girlfriend also pleaded not guilty to an assault charge that she allegedly hit the man with a car as they fled the scene.  Nina Cortez, 28, of Pittsfield, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon , and Danielle Devine, 22, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon . 2 comments
