    According to tweets from the Charlotte Fire Department this morning, firefighters took part in a "high angle rescue" this morning at a construction site on Wilkinson Boulevard just after 9:30 a.m. A series of tweets stated that 18 firefighters took about 30 minutes to rescue a patient from the roof of the site, suspending the patient on a gurney from a truck's ladder. Pictures of a car that was left suspended from power lines following a crash near Uptown this morning have been making the rounds on Charlotte Twitter.
