A county judge on Thursday ordered former Coughlin High School principal Frank Michaels to have no contact with the witnesses against him as he awaits trial on perjury charges. Michaels, 67, is accused of lying under oath last year during the student sex trial against former administrator Stephen Stahl by testifying that he had not heard any rumors about Stahl having an inappropriate relationship with a female student during the 2003-04 and 2004-05 school years. Township police arrested a Kingston man who they say was carrying a stolen handgun outside Mohegan Sun Pocono casino early Sunday morning.
