    The Humboldt City Council on Monday agreed to consider front-loading tax incentives for a building up for sale by the Humboldt County Development Association in the Humboldt Business Park. The tax incentives have not been approved yet, but by front-loading the incentives the sale price of the building could be reduced and make it more desirable and marketable, City Administrator Travis Goedken said.
