    According to a news release from U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom, Andrew McDaniels pleaded guilty on Tuesday to one count of producing child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography. Prosecutors say McDaniels solicited a 15-year-old from South Carolina online to send him pornographic photos.

    The $3.8 million in awards announced Friday by the Kansas Department of Transportation include two funds for Quinter, which will receive a total of nearly $2 million to construct a new airport.
