Rainey was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder by a jury in Choctaw County for the Aug. 4, 2013, shooting deaths of 23-year-old Floyd Clegg of Colbert and 19-year-old Qualin Hayden of Sherman inside an apartment in Hugo.
