    A man fatally shot by a police officer after his car flipped on the Ohio Turnpike was a citizen of the United Arab Emirates and a student at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, a spokeswoman for the state attorney general's office said today. The Summit County medical examiner's office identified the man as 26-year-old Saif Nasser Mubarak Alameri, of Cleveland.
