On Nov. 3, it reopened at the New Hope Church at 204 Main St. Area people who are having financial difficulties and need an occasional helping hand enjoy the sociability and hearty meals that vary from baked chicken, mac 'n' cheese, pot roast or turkey.

Three years ago, members of the Marlborough Country Club approached General Manager Jeffrey Lawson with the idea to host an event to honor and support military servicemen and women.
