The company acquired multiple parcels totaling nearly 76 acres, formerly owned by Mid-Peninsula Realty Investment Group, at a June 2016 foreclosure auction.

    According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Robert Leroy Cartwright, 33, was driving a 2007 Harley Davidson southbound on U.S. 19 around 8:45 p.m., when Francine Chery, 56, turned in front of him while in the northbound left lane approaching Beach Boulevard. Cartwright, who wasn't wearing a helmet, was transported to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in Hudson and later died from his injuries, troopers said.
