    A Pulaski Township man was injured Saturday morning after passing out while driving, causing his car to crash in Trumbull County. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 50-year-old Robert Thomas drifted from Interstate 80 in Hubbard and crashed into a tree shortly before 11 a.m. A scientific report says reducing phosphorus runoff into Lake Erie enough to prevent harmful algae outbreaks will require big changes on the region's farms.
