    Prices at the pump have crossed the $3 per gallon threshold in parts of Mercer County, Pennsylvania, while across the state line in neighboring Trumbull County drivers are filling up with the cheapest gasoline in all of Ohio. According to Gasbuddy.com , regular gas at the Country Fair and Marathon on Erie Street in Mercer Borough was selling for $3.09 as of Tuesday night.

Mutter was indicted after a Hubbard man told police he was living with Mutter between November 2015 and February of 2016 and the two had unprotected sex.

    Hubbard firefighters and a Hazmat crew have been called out to a truck stop to contain hot tar leaking from a punctured tanker truck. According to Trumbull County 9-1-1, the tanker was punctured during an unknown kind of accident at around 6 am Thursday in the back lot of Love's Travel Stop on North Main Street, just north of Interstate 80. A message on a high school bathroom wall that included a swastika and the phrase "kill them all" has prompted a police investigation and heightened security throughout a northeastern Ohio district.

A Federal grand jury is considering the cases of two Brazilian men, 27-year-old Felipe Pena and 26-year-old Antonio Oliveira Neto for allegedly possessing ATM skimming devices.

    A pretrial is scheduled November 8 in Girard Municipal court for Matthew Shaw, who is charged with vehicular manslaughter and failing to keep his vehicle in marked lanes. State Troopers say Shaw was driving the 2015 Nissan Altima that struck and killed James Dutting of Hubbard, as Dutting was walking along Route 62 near Bell Wick Road at around 6:30 am on February 11. A high school football coach in southwestern Ohio has resigned after two seasons, saying he received death threats after his teams lost 18 straight games.

    According to a police report, 20-year-old Dakota Kettering was reported missing by family members, who say that he did not take his medication. The report says that Dakota went to bed around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, but was already missing from his room by 1 a.m. The report says that family members told police that Kettering had been "argumentative and confrontational" and hadn't been taking his medication.
