    The two giant propane tanks finally made it to the Grafton & Upton Railroad's facility in North Grafton shortly after noon Wednesday, several days later than planned and a day after they derailed near Grafton Common. In the last half-mile of their journey Tuesday night, the shipment was halted on the tracks near Washington Mills on Route 30 because one of the tanks would have come into contact with a small shed that slightly encroaches on the railroad right of way, according to a statement from the Grafton & Upton Railroad.
