    Oregon State Police late Sunday afternoon were on the scene of a flipped travel trailer blocking traffic at milepost 49 on westbound Interstate 84. The site is about two miles west of Hood River. The Oregon Department of Transportation website said early Sunday evening that the two westbound lanes at milepost 49 were closed but traffic could use the right shoulder to pass.
