Richardson train station were among possible projects that could be funded with Community Preservation Act money as discussed at a public forum Wednesday. The forum held by the Community Preservation Act Committee drew about 50 people to the Senior Center, 291 Pine St. The CPA surcharge adds 1.5 percent of a property owner's bill, but exemptions of the first $100,000 of a property's value and for elderly and poor property owners would reduce the surcharge.
