    James "Jim" Dale Blasingame, of Fairmont, W.Va., passed peacefully on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at UPMC Presbyterian after complications from a fall at age 61. He is survived by his dedicated wife of 36 years, Sandy; as well as son, Drew Blasingame; son, Ben Blasingame; daughter, Heather Blasingame; sister-in-law, Peg Lowell; brother-in-law, Russ Lowell; and brothers, Don , Dave , and Lee . Jim was born on Jan. 16, 1954, in Holdenville, Okla., and spent much of his childhood there.
