    Fire Chief Jack Chandler said the 12:55 a.m. fire caused approximately $125,000 to the house.   The fire was quickly brought under control and the only inhabitant, a woman living in a basement apartment, was out of the house when firefighters arrived, he said. The fire is not considered suspicious and an electrical issue may be the cause, officials said.    Firefighters from Rutland, Sterling, Paxton, Princeton and West Boylston provided mutual aid.
