    The Town Council on Monday night gave Mayor Alberta McCrory a go-ahead to seek up to $50,000 in state grant money to repair the Town Hall's leaky roof. McCrory sought the council's approval to apply for a capital enhancement grant from the Alabama Historical Commission, and now has until Aug. 15 to submit the town's application, she said after a Monday meeting.
