    A National Van Lines moving truck was still stuck under a tree, blocking Patton Street in Hinesville, nearly two hours after first responders were first called to the scene. First responders were called to the scene around 2:30 p.m. When they arrived, the truck was blocking Patton Street, off Fraser Street in Hinesville.

    Board members of the Liberty County Public Facilities Authority and city Chief Financial Officer Kim Ryon met Tuesday morning in Mayor Jim Thomas' office to work on refinancing. After some discussion, board members agreed to refund the bonds issued by the PFA in May 2010 to finance the construction of city hall and a public-works facility on E.G. Miles Parkway for a total of $9.51 million.
