    Hillsborough County election officials say only a handful of voters have experienced problems so far on a busy Election Day, with 122,183 people having voted as of 3:30 p.m. "We have had a few instances where the scanners were jamming in the morning, mostly because voters were trying to put the second page of the ballot in too quickly," said Gerri Kramer, a spokeswoman for the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections, which oversees the county's 340 precincts. "Most of these were resolved really easily with a restart but one or two were replaced with new machines."
