Getting the money to put dreams into reality isn't easy, but it is obtainable, according to Greg Icenhour, an environmental consultant with Mid Atlantic Engineering and Environmental solutions.  Icenhour is working with town leaders to apply for federal grants that could transform an abandoned mill site on South Lincoln Street.
