    Authorities have recovered the body of a Jersey City youth, presumed drowned last month, from the water at Long Pond Ironworks State Park, the victim's brother said Sunday. The family of Wajhat Yaqoob, 21, received a call on Saturday from law enforcement officials about the body they had fished out of the water in the area of the park called "the mine hole" on Friday, said his brother Shujhat Yaqoob, 23. "They did call yesterday to confirm, and it was my little brother," Shujhat said.
