Russ, 30, of 2149 County Route 21, Hermon, with second-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, all felonies, and misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
