    A student in Oneida County was arrested Thursday morning for bringing a gun to school, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office. Ka'Shawn Carter was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds, deputies said.
