Brian Kenneth Maki, 58, of Henning, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct -- position of authority -- on Tuesday and remained in jail.

    A Wadena school district teacher is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a student, according to a complaint in Otter Tail County. The complaint says 57-year-old Brian K. Maki of Henning offered a student at Wadena-Deer Creek High School a job cleaning his cabins but later told her he no longer needed the cabins cleaned.
