    According to a Lawrence County Sheriff's Department report, 77-year-old Albert Collins complained of back and chest pain and were transported by ambulance to Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital for treatment. Police say Albert was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox north on Bartlettsville Road near Dunn Bridge Road around 3:30 p.m. when he ran off the south side of the roadway and struck a tree.
