    The Indiana Department of Transportation plans to open State Road 58 on Saturday at a culvert replacement site 2.56 miles east of State Road 446 at Zelma just west of Norman Station. On Monday, INDOT plans to close State Road 58 at a second culvert replacement site 1.65 miles east of State Road 446 east of Heltonville.

    Plans have been finalized for the annual White River Resource Conservation and Development Council's wildflower hike April 14 at Heltonville Elementary School's outdoor lab located at 580 Diamond Road. Kay Yatskievych, author of "Field Guide to Indiana Wildflowers," and Carroll Ritter of Outdoor Connections will lead identical morning and afternoon sessions with a maximum of 25 people accepted for each session.
