    According to an operator with Jefferson County Central Dispatch, the motorcycle rider, whose identity was not being released as of 11 p.m., died in a crash on Shepherdstown Pike near Kidwiler Road. The dispatcher said there were no other vehicles involved in the accident, which was reported at 8:36 p.m. According to a dispatcher for Berkeley County Central Dispatch, two calls with injuries were received from the Tomahawk MX motocross facility in Hedgesville.
