    A man accused of kidnapping and robbing a manager of a West Hazleton restaurant pleaded no contest Wednesday to felony charges that could result in his deportation. Victor M. Soto-Santana, 30, of Allentown, entered his plea to charges of criminal conspiracy, robbery and kidnapping before Luzerne County Judge Michael T. Vough, who set sentencing for Dec. 4. Under terms of a plea agreement, Soto-Santana, who reportedly has a detainer issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, would be deported to the Dominican Republic, never to return, Assistant District Attorney Daniel Zola said.
