    Authorities say Barbourville residents 31-year-old Jessica Cathers, 31-year-old Justin Honeycutt and 33-year-old Kyle Broughton along with 53-year-old Jeffery Powell of Bimble were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a radio that sends and receives police messages. According to Kentucky State Police, troopers were called to a home for an undisclosed reason.
