Daemion Yaphet II, 25, of Oakland was the patron fatally shot after an argument inside a Dimond district cocktail lounge turned violent around 1:15 a.m. April 15. On Wednesday, authorities named Daniel Cordova, 25, as the man fatally sho t after an argument outside an East Oakland home.
