    Moises Morales Jr., 36, of Hesperia, Kevin Raul “ Blanks” Tapia, 23, of Hawaiian Gardens, and Leonel “Nino” Hernandez, 29, of Cudahy, were arrested after San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department officials said they connected the trio to the kidnapping and slaying of Juan Ochoa. Ochoa, a 33-year-old Hesperia man known as “Johnny” to his friends, was found in a dirt lot near 11th Avenue and Live Oak Street in the early morning of March 7. Ochoa was found suffering from “apparent gunshot wounds,” sheriff's officials said, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
