    Two Beaufort sisters and a Harlowe man were arrested as suspects in a Havelock home invasion and robbery in which an elderly man was beaten with a baseball bat. Paulasia Deni Johnson, 20, and her sister Mercedes Sheree Johnson, 19, who both live at 922 Merrimon Road in Beaufort, were arrested and each charged with conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, and Carl Everett Carter III, 30, of 1170 Temple's Point Road in Harlowe, was arrested and charged with felony conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, according to the Havelock Police Department.
