    According to Minnesota State Patrol, Heather Marie Miller-Nellermoe, 44, of Hastings was southbound on U.S. Highway 316 in Goodhue County when her 2014 Chrysler 200 Touring crossed into U.S. Highway 61. The vehicle struck a Harley Davidson motorcycle with two riders in the northbound lane of U.S. Highway 61 and then struck a Cadillac SRX in the southbound lane. The passenger on the motorcycle, Patricia Ann Otte, 74, of Randolph was killed.

    At least two people were injured and others may have been killed in a three-vehicle crash that took place in Goodhue County on Wednesday night. According to police reports, Heather Marie Miller-Nellermoe, 44, of Hastings, was southbound on Goodhue County Highway 316 in Goodhue County when her vehicle crossed into U.S. Highway 61. The vehicle struck a Harley Davidson with two passengers in the northbound lane of Highway 61 and was then struck by a vehicle in the southbound lane.

The questionnaire asks anglers about their opinions on the quality of fishing in the river, what they think about existing bag and size limits, and their reactions to potential regulation changes.
