Scavone, 50, of Harveys Lake was charged in the alcohol-related fatal hit-and-run of Factoryville triathlete Paula Jones, 31, who was running on Lakeside Drive at the lake on June 7. According to the affidavit of probable cause to support the latest charges, Scavone admitted to drinking and said "he was lucky he made it home."
