According to information from Darlington County Sheriff Wayne Byrd, Deandre Earl Lambert, 29, and Tameka Crechelle Lowery Lambert, 28, both of Hartsville, were charged with manufacturing crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine and possession of cocaine.
