    The Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club hosted the 2016 Springfield Dragon Boat Festival Saturday with an estimated 750 spectators in attendance. With the assistance of the 22 Dragons Organization, the eight-hour event was filled with Dragon boat racing, face painting, martial arts demonstrations, a lion dancer performance, food and snack vendors and many other activities.
