Shortly before 7:45 p.m. on Sunday night, troopers from Troop H in Hartford responded to the Route 9, exit 30 commuter lot in New Britain, where a woman reported that three Hispanic men had taken her purse off her arm by force, before taking off on foot. Upon arrival at the scene, troopers spoke to the woman, who was able to provide a more detailed description of the three suspects, who were tracked down and detained by police in New Britain.
