    Jamie Rohr, 36, an employee at Liquorland Spirits & Wine, 12 Bridge St., West Carthage, and Gina Ashcraft, 44, of Carthage Market, 120 Riverside Drive, Carthage, were both charged with a count of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child Tuesday. Police said the merchants were charged following an “Underage Drinking Initiative” operation conducted in the areas of Carthage, Harrisville and Croghan March 14. Several other merchants were also investigated by police and were found to be fully compliant with the law.
