    The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office says that what was thought to be a threat to Edwards-Knox Central School today was actually a misunderstanding of a reference to an incident in the Harrisville School District yesterday. Sheriff's deputies and New York State Police responded to a 911 call from E-K officials shortly before 8 a.m. who said they had received an email from an unknown individual saying that they heard there was going to be a shooting at the school today.
