    Grand jurors handed down an indictment on two felony counts of first-degree murder against Hareton Jaime Rodriguez Sariol, 48. He's accused of killing Elizabeth Rodriguez Rubio, 48, and Angie Caroline Rodriguez Rubio, 12. Sariol had been held on abduction charges in Rockingham County Jail since Aug. 29 following his extradition from Pennsylvania, where he was arrested Aug. 7. Following the indictments, he appeared in Rockingham County Circuit Court via teleconference from the jail. Sariol, who had his head slumped down the entire time, remained silent during the hearing.
