    Health authorities say two 2014 cases of listeriosis - one of them fatal - in other states have been linked to Miller's Organic Dairy, which supplies raw milk to private buyers around the country. The CDC said one person in California and another in Florida became infected from raw milk in 2014, and the Florida victim died.

    Crews will be shutting down the ramp from northbound Interstate 283 to southbound Interstate 83 starting around 7 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20. Traffic will be detoured to northbound I-83 to the Union Deposit Road Interchange and then back south on I-83 and on through the Eisenhower Interchange. "The weekend ramp closure is necessary so that construction crews can safely remove the wooden falsework that that built in early December and used to help build a "concrete jacket" around one of the piers supporting the bridge carrying eastbound Route 322 through the interchange.

    According to a State Police report, 36-year-old Trooper Ryan Luckenbaugh unlawfully arrested a man and assaulted him while on duty. It happened in Harrisburg on May 16, 2015 at around 2:30 a.m. The report says Luckenbaugh kicked 25-year-old Christopher Siennick in his face while he was seated on the ground and handcuffed behind his back.
