    Police say a North Carolina woman has been charged with 69 theft counts stemming from stealing the financial information of more than 30 people in the Charlotte area. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police tell local media outlets that 43-year-old Karen Leblanc was arrested Harrisburg, North Carolina earlier this month and charged with 37 counts of financial card theft and misdemeanor larceny.
