    A man under arrest for public intoxication and assault punched and kicked a doctor during a medical examination, according to the arrest affidavit. The affidavit says on Nov. 11, Matthew James Taylor, 24, was taken to Seton ER in Harker Heights for a medical evaluation due to his extreme level of intoxication after being arrested on Fort Hood.
