He is survived by his wife, Diane, of Ocala, sons Lester Jr. of New Ulm and Gary of Hanska, grandchildren Jacob, Anthony and Nicholas, siblings: Leon Geiger, Sharon Brush, Linda Watson and Diane Vonderharr, all of New Ulm, and Betty Meinhardt of Adam, Wis.

    A 2008 Toyota Camry driven by Brian K. Hennig, 51, New Ulm, was eastbound on Center Street, west of Summit Avenue when he began to slide, turned to the right, into the curb to stop sliding. A 2015 VW Jetta driven by Leasa M. Sieve, 58, Hanska, was approaching in the same direction on Center, began to slide and struck the Toyota.

    Charges were filed in Brown County District Court Thursday against a 56-year-old St. Paul man for allegedly forging three checks totalling $11,600 that were cashed at Alliance Bank branches in New Ulm, Hanska and Madelia in July 26 through Aug. 4. Timothy J. Kellerman, St. Paul, was charged with two counts of felony check forgery Thursday. He was summoned to appear in court at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 20. According to court documents, a Brown County Sheriff's Investigator talked with an alleged victim Aug. 6 who said somebody made counterfeits of their business checks and cashed them at three southern Minnesota banks.
