    A Luzerne County man is being held in York County Prison after being accused of raping a Hanover woman on Jan. 26. Dubs allegedly physically and sexually assaulted the woman at her apartment in the 600 block of High Street after she found him asleep at her residence, according to Hanover Borough police documents. After being awakened, the 27-year-old Dubs allegedly assaulted the victim by choking and striking her in the face.
