    The Hanover Hospital Board of Directors accepted the retirement of James E. Wissler, the hospital's president, chief executive officer and board member, the hospital announced in a release Friday. Michael Gaskins, the hospital's executive vice president and chief financial officer of Hanover HealthCare Plus, will take over Wissler's responsibilities, the release said.
