    Christopher A.E. Hill and Dejan Jacobs were scheduled for an "admission" hearing in York County juvenile court on Tuesday. But neither teen - Hill, 16, of Hanover, or Jacobs, 15, of York - admitted to anything connected to the killing of Joshua T. Clark Sr. York City Police found Clark, 22, shot multiple times at North Broad and Wallace streets around 7:41 p.m. on Jan. 25. Hill and Clark were later arrested in connection with the shooting.

The company posted net income of $366,000, or 16 cents a share, for the three months ended Dec. 31. That was down from net income of $400,000, or 18 cents a share, in fourth-quarter 2013.
