Magisterial District Justice Dwayne Dubs will continue the process of deciding whether enough evidence exists for Derek Graham, 20, to face trial during the hearing, scheduled for 1 p.m. Police arrested Graham about a month ago for allegedly setting nine fires between May 5 and his May 21 arrest.
