The Raiders took the series, 3-1, and will face New Oxford, which defeated North Carroll in the other semifinal in four games.

    The man accused of setting a string of fires in the Hanover area waived his formal arraignment on attempted homicide, arson and numerous other charges, his attorney, Rick Robinson, said Friday. Derek Raymond Graham, 21, faces 45 criminal counts stemming from fires he allegedly set between May 5 and his arrest on May 21. Graham, of the first block of McAllister Street in Hanover, remains in York County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
