    Javier Godoy-Rico, 23, of Hanover faces charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault, according to an affidavit filed with Magisterial District Justice Dwayne Dubs on Jan. 25. Godoy-Rico and the 30-year-old woman were talking in his living room when he led her into his bedroom while she was looking for the bathroom, the affidavit states. He then held her down and engaged in sexual acts against her will, the documents state.
