The lawsuit , filed last week in Kings County Superior Court by lawyer Warren Paboojian of Fresno, alleges invasion of privacy, negligence and emotional distress, and seeks damages for pain and suffering.

    A 13-year-boy was killed in a rollover car accident in Hanford early Thursday and the driver ran from the scene and is wanted, the California Highway Patrol said. About 3:30 a.m., a speeding 2006 Toyota Camry heading north on 9-1/4 Avenue in the area of Van Court, north of Lacey Boulevard, hit a power pole and rolled over several times in a field.

Jerry Brown , and the state's treasurer , finance director, controller and transportation secretary.

    A man suffered major injuries early Wednesday morning when he was struck by a late 1980s or early '90s Nissan pickup while crossing 13th Avenue north of Flint Avenue just northwest of Hanford, the California Highway Patrol said. The CHP said the driver of the pickup failed to stop after hitting the man, whose identity was not provided.

    Hanford police are searching for a woman who they say broke into another woman's home, beat her up and fired a gun at her son on Sunday. Detective Ryan Tomey said that Amelia Marie Ibarra, 37, of Lemoore, and three other unknown suspects broke into a home in the 400 block of East 10th Street in Hanford around 6:45 p.m. Debra Gonzales, 57, was immediately punched and kicked by Ibarra and two other female suspects, while her son, 32-year-old Donald Doyle, was knocked to the ground by a male suspect.
