    A Hunterdon County man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child under the age of 13, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III said on Friday. Michael F. Latornica, 41, of Hampton, was arrested on Thursday and charged with three counts of sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, Kearns said.
